In this one time 60 minute call with Mia, we will cover the most important recovery skills/challenges you currently need to focus on and you will be equipped with powerful skills and resources to add to your recovery toolkit (you can pick which areas you'd like to focus on in our session from the list below). This call is also a great option for returning clients for a recovery tune up or a deep dive on specific recovery skills and topics. You'll also receive a list of tailored helpful recovery resources and recording of your session to keep and reflect on! Challenging foods - How to set and achieve your goals - Eat a snack together - Eat with regularity, adequacy and variety - The food traffic light system: what it is and how to use it Changing behaviours - The importance of distraction - The power of dialoguing - Refining your help seeking skills Body image management - Body neutrality explained - How to reduce and stop body checking - Managing your bad body image - Plan and strategise clothes shopping Who this is for - Anyone who is 18+ - Those who are medically stable - Those in a stage of recovery who are able to process advice and try new skills - Those in a stage of recovery who are able to set and action goals Who it is not for - Anyone under the age of 18 - People in a state of relapse - People who are medically or physically compromised Terms & Conditions By checking the box on the booking page, you confirm that you meet the requirements to attend this call (18+, medically stable, appropriate stage of recovery). Should we determine that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the call. If this appointment needs to be scheduled or cancelled it must be done no later than 48 hours before the call, otherwise the payment will be forfeited. The appointment is not transferrable and must be made by the attendee.
