We are so excited to invite you to the Beyond Body retreat,
hosted by Mia Findlay and Holly Sunday.

Connect
A truly rare opportunity to immerse yourself in a supportive, inspiring and life changing experience. This retreat caters to a very small group of attendees (maximum 4 people plus your recovery guides, Mia and Holly) to ensure you will get the most out of every single moment. This retreat will be held from Thursday 4 April - Monday 8 April 2024.

Calm
You'll be staying in luxurious beach house accommodation, surrounded by soothing ocean and bushland views on a serene headland. Located in Mollymook on the NSW south coast, you'll be sent off to sleep by the sound of the neighbouring waves and welcome the morning with a brilliant sunrise. Wake up to a morning meditation, delicious breakfast and a day filled with joy, bonding and shared wisdom.

Create
With three transformational workshops, cooking classes, private coaching sessions and so much more, this retreat will teach you valuable skills for recovery and beyond. Some of the themes we will cover; reclaiming your traits from your eating disorder, redefining failure and turning recovery skills into life skills. Your retreat guides
We are both so passionate about helping people to navigate the tricky terrain which is eating disorder recovery. And we know there is so much more to this journey than just food and body. It is also about finding joy, building real connections and ensuring you can weather the ups and downs of life. That is why we created this retreat; to make the most out of what recovery can offer, meet amazing people and have some fun along the way.
